Reporting, regulatory submissions and AI all draw on the same data: when it is right and understood, every one of them gets better. We help you define your data quality and remediation practice, then lead it until it runs on its own, for example with quality rules and controls on the data that matters most, remediation that fixes issues at the source, and metadata and master data so that everyone reads the same figure the same way.

Technology moves faster than most organisations can rebuild. We help you design and choose Data & AI platforms that can evolve: we start from your uses, constraints and in-house skills, then weigh each option on what it will take to run, extend and, one day, replace. The result is an architecture that absorbs new uses, volumes and rules step by step.
AI that holds up in production
AI earns its place when it keeps working with real users and real data, and when you can show that it respects the rules. We build AI for production with compliance designed in from the first use case, whether it comes from the EU AI Act, GDPR or your own policies. Among other things, this means a risk assessment of each use case, controls and documentation that stand up to audit, and monitoring with human oversight so that the model stays reliable over time.

Programmes that reach go-live
Large programmes rarely stall on technology; they stall on unclear decisions, hidden dependencies and teams pulling in different directions. We take charge of programme and project delivery, including programmes already under way or off track: a plan everyone believes in, governance that gets decisions made, and risks raised early. From build through testing (SIT, UAT) to go-live, business, IT and integrators move in step.

When everything is a priority, nothing moves. We take on product and platform ownership: we turn business needs into a roadmap and a backlog ordered by value and risk, and keep business and IT working from the same list, in the same order, sprint after sprint.
